I kneeled down for the 1st time in years something I thought I'd never do. When my girls where babies I never got on the floor with them and I regret that so much. When I have my grandchildren I'm going to enjoy that the most!! Providing I don't have arthritis by then;-)

My bum doesnt get stuck in the bath,
I can reach the plug whole
I can reach round and scratch my back
i can undo my bra without twisting it to the front and stretching the arms.
i can cut my toe nails
the steering wheel in my car doesnt stick in my belly
im not squished behind my till at work, although i kept losing money on the floor where before my belly would catch it!!
i can bend down and look in the fridge without getting dizzy
i can stand up and do the washing up
i can walk for miles without stopping

woo i can do a lot and ive still got a long way to go... feeling good!!
