Hi my whole process has taken just under 12 months. Was told that the process was likely to have taken longer if I had been referred a few months later as more and more of these ops are on the up! so the process is taking anything from 12/18 months before op so I got in just in time.When was you referred? My op is tomorrow and my pre op diet was fine i am 18lbs down so all good good luck on your journey x

Hi there, I've seen Dr Loy, been to the information morning, and now have an appointment with the Bariatric Dietician/Nurse Specialist (who I believe is Hayley Lyon) and Dr Loy on the same day at the beginning of October. Will I still have to see Viv Love for my psychological assessment? Hope someone who's been to Shrewsbury for their operation can help.

I am torn between the sleeve and bypass, can I ask a few questions please.
Do you still feel hungry with the bypass?
I am a self employed carer, I wonder how long I would need to be off work for bypass and sleeve?
