I'm just trying to do everything by the book taking all the advice from my Team. I am honestly never hungry so find it pretty hard to eat. But I know I must have the correct nutritional criteria recommended. I struggle with my protein as I can't tollerate meat & poultry but had problem before op anyway. I am getting around 4og a day & reasonable calorific intake. I do not eat any of the 'bad' foods pre op so stay pretty much in the low fat low carbs, low cal regions. I can only eat very very small quantities & so little & often as other on here do. Hope that helps.
