I had a bad weekend - I'm a baker/caterer and had to do a buffet for 120 people, 100 cupcakes and a Christening cake! I picked at quiche, pie, nuts.... though nowhere near as much as I used to (added to around a small slice in total). It's shown me though that I definately need to toughen up, take account for my actions and listen to my sleeve and not my head. I gave myself a good talking to and it won't happen again. I too hopped on the scales and lost 2lbs. Next week I aim to have a perfect week!
