Sneezing?

Can a hard sneeze undo anything? I just sneezed whilst on the loo (sorry tmi) and ouch it was like something ripped! Feels ok now just a bit sore!

I'm scared to move, sniff, cough!

I'm guessing not, I think we are probably stitched and stapled up enough inside to endure all sorts of sneezes and strains etc otherwise we'd all be going back with rips and tears
