no i meant don't just think that , it is what people say when they have no idea about real depression and pulling yourself together only works if you have the help you need xx

As the weight falls life becomes much better!!! It's all happened so fast though that's why I'm feeling the way I am I think!!! I'll b ok soon, but yea ur love the gym u will hun.... How far u on ur journey?? Xx
