soft food !!!

Firstly congrats on your weight loss, 4 weeks already, time flies when you're having fun!
Soft food that I eat
* small baked potatoes (not the skin) with Low fat phillidelphia
* that new 'simply fish' thats been advertised on the telly, yummy
* veg gravey an mint sauce
* mashed sweet potato and butternut squash
scrambled eggs
omlette with cheese
