Well I have split up with my BF of 3 years - typical slimmest been in years and it's over! I would usually eat to ease any emotional heartbreak. But now I'm loving not eating a thing and I know that's not good for me. I've not eaten since Monday and not bothered me in the slightest :(

It might not be bothering you. But you need to have something you will make yourself ill.
But well done in dealing with it without turning to crappy food.
 
Sorry to hear that. Try a little soup or toast or fruit. Just a little bit every now and then. You'll need your energy to keep being so strong. Well done for not turning to food. I know it's hard but you do need to eat a little and 3 days without eating is not good. See if you can manage a tiny bit of something tonight. Drink lots of tea too, it's comforting and the milk will give you energy and protein. Best of luck.

Sometimes this becomes another form of control/self harm hun. Because we know we can't eat like we used to, we go the other way and we feel in control because we're not wanting to eat. There may come a day where you suddenly break and eat everything in sight. I would agree with the others, at least try milky drinks if nothing else and remember that if you're starving your body of nutrients you'll be doing harm inside that you can't see.
