Hi Miss Diet,
To be honest although I like to cook a lot of the foods I have listed I have seen mentioned on loads of other WLS posts and blogs.
Pre weight loss surgery I used to eat a fair bit ( never got to over 21 stone by not eating) but I always made sure my food was of a decent nutritional quality as well. I've never been that keen on ready meals as felt I could do better myself but I do turn to them occasionally and even more so now when we cannot eat much. However my OH will make sure any left overs in our house don't go to waste, he is quite happy to eat the same thing 2 or 3 days in a row so that helps.
The bean chilli I made last week was his dinner for three nights lol. PLus loads in the freezer ha ha!!!
