Still waiting

Well, what can I say? Im still waiting for my appt to see Dr Taheri at The Heartlands but still dieting while I wait. You'll be pleased to know that so far since 13th Jan 2011 ive now lost just over 11 kgs which is almost my 10%
Im feeling so much healthier already. I really hope I can keep it up.
