Same here. 6 pounds but not in 3 days ! lol. I'm not finding it TOOOOO bad at the minute. Cooking tea for other people isn't fun though. Neither are all the pizza adverts. My diet is a sort of made up one. It's the milk one, but with 1 slimfast instead of 3-4 pints of milk. So it's not really a milk one at all I can't stand the stuff unless it's flavoured or with cereal. I tried adding Crusha, but didnt even like that. It had a bit of a funny chemical aftertaste. I still have the chocolate one to try, but don't think I can actually use it as it's not the sugar free one.
I'm having 1 or 2 yoghurts, 2-3 portions of fruit, 1 weighwatchers veg soup and 1 slimfast per day. Comes to about 700 calories usually I think.
Mine is only a 10 day diet though. Wonder why some are 2 weeks or more and some are only 10 days ?
