I am still confused on this sugar thing! If the label says carbohydrates of which sugar am I still to watch that amount? Or does sugar need to be listed separately????
Yep, "of which sugars" per 100g ie % sugar. Ideally not more than 5% (ie 5g per 100g). An example is an Activia 0% yog which is about 13%. Shocking! Any 'Light' versions will have more sugar % than the normal 'fat' version usually ... x
