Do you take regular measurements? You go to the gym a lot so it's probably just a bit of water weight from muscle recovery. For a true 3lb gain you'd have to eat an extra 10,000 calories this week which is a lot for your little pouch to handle. You know your body best though and it's a good idea to keep yourself in check if you see things sliding.x
With the way your working there is probably another reason for it, fluid retention, muscle building or even your body just catching up, there will be a reason xxxx

Weight today 11st13lbs so lost 2 of last weeks 3lb gain, other pound will have to wait for next week. Back at gym now back is better. Have a good week everyone xx
