Surgery tomo and feels a cold coming on :(

A bit worried my nose feels all tingly and my throat bit scratchie ! Have to check in the clinic at 6.30 in morning . Just waiting for my doc to ring me so I can bend his ear !! did anyone else have cold etc before theirs ?? X x

I had an ear infection which was dam dam painful but no worries all went ahead and the morphine takes you mind off all sorts . . . good luck for tomorrow xx

On my patient notes it said to call the ward if I had any cold symptoms the day before.

Thanks Kevin it's not a cold as such yet lol !! Have a stinking headache too think that could be just me getting stressed out and I now just want it over and to be ok x x

It could just be your body showing signs of stress seeing as it the big day in less than 24hrs so I personaly would, have a lemsip, wrap up in a blanket and rest! youv'e possibly been so busy checking and re-checking things that youv'e not stopped to have a rest xxx i wish you all the best for tomorrow and hope to hear your post op posts lol xx

Thanks sicknote u r probably right . Haven't stopped last few days with getting kids organised and house etc and I suppose not eating the usual things I do my body not liking it . I'm ok and think just thinking of worse case scenario lol x x

I felt like this the day before I had my gall bladder removed. I also felt like this the day I went in to have my labour induced. I'm sure it's stress.
