So I'm starting my healthy eating again from today and I weighed in this morning at 92.4kg which is 203.7lbs/14st 7.7lb which I have been for forever lol so I will be weighing in on a weds from now on and I also plan on joining rosemary conley soon
Three things I'm gonna try and do is
1) up the protein and lower the carbs
2) stick to one pack of low fat crisps per day and at least one piece of fruit daily
3) up my exercise
