Got it from Marksies Crystal... To be honest when I saw it hanging up I instantly liked it but they didn't have a 16 and the 14 looked so tiny. I did a wee jig in the changing room when it went on no problem :giggle:

I am hun I'm ecstatic. My target is to get to 12st which I only saw briefly age 17 after I abused my body to get there. I chose this because it was the only time I ever got to wear size 14's. I fell pregnant and the next thing I knew I was a size 18 and never got any lower than that again. I have spent the majority of my life in the size 30's-36's. So to get to the 14's while I'm sitting in the upper 14stone mark is a tremendous boost

Surprisingly well at the moment ..really upped my fluids and I am religious with my multivitamins. The better weather (I will not mention today) is a big boon as I can get out a lot more. I so hate rain, wind and I find the cold unbearable now.. It's the only thing I miss of my past life, my insulation!

Ha I know!! I've had 2-3 blankets on in the evenings yet the OH is sat in a tshirt all cosie!! I miss the enjoyable feeling of being full and I miss enjoying a drink WITH my meal. Every other change I'm soooo COOL with!! xxx

Funnily for me I have all of a sudden found restriction again don't now why but I'm not complaining as I was starting to worry I had totally lost it. Also I'm staying full for longer. I made my self two curried eggs with a slice of toast this morning & could only manage half. Been much the same all week
Never ever drank through a meal but always had a cuppa immediately after. Now I'm literally clock watching till I'm finally able to get one ... Don't think that will ever go away I miss my after din cuppa sooo much lol

Hello sweetie, im catching up with posts. Looking good! My restriction goes up and down. I find its at its greatest in warm weather, I know quite a few others are the same. So maybe we will have a loosing streak come the summer

Let's hope this is true Fiona although I'm curious as to why that should be the case but it has certainly been so since the weather has warmed up here. I couldn't even manage all my soup today and usually I can pack a lot of it in and not get even an inclining of restriction.

I was wondering why I suddenly wasn't able to eat anymore. It started Sunday and I was even thinking of ringing my team.
I must admit I was scared for the first time from op. Hadn't even imagined that restriction could kick back in one year after op.

Likewise Bally it was sudden for me too and to be honest it's the best restriction I've had since my op 8 month ago. Yes I have odd days where it's there but this week it has been full on!

Honestly, I didn't really need mine...I was already struggling to avoid losing more weight. :cry:
I'm 6.5 kgs under target weight and neither my surgeon and my nutri are happy with me. :cry:

Well, I would have never imagined (me or someone else) complaining about being too skinny. lol
