You haven't lived honey. SS milk, scoop of vanilla protein powder, banana & 2 nectarines. All wizzed up within an inch of it's life. Thick, sweet and yummy.

Sounds lovely. Phatmomma kindly supplied me with some of her protein shakes to try before I buy so I will have a go at the weekend - once I work out how to use my new blender that has been sitting in its box for 6 months!
