Hi all
I am surprised at how much better I feel in myself since loosing a few of those pounds. Energy levels are great and I was looking at joining Virgin Active until I checked my bank statements!!!
So, for the past four weeks been doing the wii fit. Well trying, set my self a challenge programme but could never complete it.
Keep feeling dizzy on some of the motion exercises when on the board (cycling).
So I now do the step and started to do the wii Dance 2 and I love it. gets my heart racing, brings me out in a sweat and I can sing along to the songs at the same time lol.
I love walking my little boy to school, its a mile there and back and I am enjoying the fact I dont huff and puff up the hill like I use to . Found a stepometer I brought at Weight Watchers from about 2 years ago still in the box :-/ so wear that now to keep an eye on my steps, which prompts me to walk more.
Going to Zumba tonight for the first time and I am really looking forward to it.
