The Waiting Game

A question, what did you guys do on the lead up to surgery? I have packed and unpacked my bags, caught up with all the washing and ironing cleaned out cupboards and drawer, done the nasty jobs like cleaning the cooker. I would just like to know how you kept yourselves occupied, I feel this month is just dragging. I know it is only 20 days till my surgery but it feels like 20 years

Well I worked up until the weekend before my op, so that did help. I found the last couple of weeks flew by, so I'll keep my fingers crossed that time will speed up for you too! Do you have any friends/family that are due a visit, anywhere you have wanted to go but haven't been yet? Anything really to keep yourself occupied! I shudder to suggest this, but what about starting to get organised for Xmas?!!!! You could write out cards ready to post, start looking for presents, write a list for food shopping etc!!! xxx

You could always keep a close eye on ebay and look for all the bargains in the smaller sizes Worked for me before and after surgery xx
