completed 6 months weight management in Bolton. 1st Appointment at Salford Royal 10th November @ Bariatric Surgery Department, Mr Ammoris Team.

Don't know what to expect, any info appreciated!!

just received appointment for psychology feb. 2 ... if all goes well the pre op will be next, from one appointment to the next seems like forever. motivation.. where the heck do you buy that from ?

I'm really good. Had an appointment with the nurse yesterday and my BP is down from 160/110 (highest three weeks ago) to 140/80 so the meds are working. I also managed to avoid weight gain over Christmas, no loss but a lack of gain over Christmas /new year is the equivalent of a loss right lol. The nurse also told me that my referral had been sent off before Christmas so am super excited things are properly moving and now the wait to hear about my first appointment begins! 2017 is off to a good start (aside from the fact that my kids were horrendous ill, and three poorly kids is never fun... I feel I may have ptsd

hope children are feeling a bit better, agree not fun at all. Christmas is a stressful time so its really positive to not have gained ...nice one
