I can honestly say i have never had any hunger pangs but do feel queasy when i have gone too long and i need to eat something then. Try not to let that happen though, i'm on the case most of the time. At frist wehn i came home we measured out the puree and i hasd some little containers which it fitted into so i knew exactly how much, now I go by spoonfulls and the way it looks my sunday lunch consists of a small pudding, i neva go with out, small spoon of potato which i quite often don't eat and some of the pudding, spoonful of turnip, carrots, and cabbage, little slice of meat whatever it is, gravy, small blob of stuffing if we having it thats my lunch and it all fits on a small tea plate. I keep whats left and it does me 2or 3 meals through the week so i don't have to think all the time what elsew i can have, and its all fresh veg so its what we need. I chew the meat thoroughly if not a nd abig piece goes down i can feel it and i know i have to be careful with the next piece. Ilove sundays dinner its my favourite xx
