Lap-Band Too much exercise?

Update on current exercise regime.

Have taken up, and why do things by halves :flirt2:

Legs Bums & Tums
Pilates
Yoga
All Over Body Workout
Body Balance
Zumba (but not pleasant co-participants)

And not been to spin for about a MONTH :eek:

Definitely not as hungry and have found several days on a stricter than the milk diet as need a deadline for Tuesday much easier than normal. Every other week or so, I do the milk diet anyway but just for a couple of days.

Am more mentally tired rather than a physical wreck.

I have abdominal muscles, I know this as they complain quite a lot to me. But they are there and getting more noticeable :eek:

Even in a couple of weeks, my flexibility is noticeably I proved.

I feel fitter.

Technically I have lost 2.5kg since last Friday. But I don't think that this is real, I had an issue with a bit of eating and salted peanuts so could have had some water retention.

Going to spin tomorrow night, and if ok with it will be limiting to once, possibly twice a week.
