I have a kettle bell at home I like to use from time to time too.
Double spin tonight (or spin then body combat) - quite looking forward to it. I'm going to do my biceps and shoulder (isolation) [which are different exercises to shoulder-compound] this afternoon beforehand.
I learned to ride a bike a few years ago, but didn't get up to a level where I felt safe to ride without falling off in a park let alone a road . It's the one thing I feel frustrated by as I would do cycling in lieu of the running. Plus I don't have anyone near me who would keep me company to give me the road confidence I would need.
The most I've done is cycle from Derby to Nottingham and back again with an ex boyfriend, but fell off and badly damaged my finger afterwards so I'm loathe to try it again. I've a nice little bike in the shed that doesn't get used
