hope you make a speedy recovery and the dentist wasn't too bad

Angie are you okay? Your posts are always so brave and positive but here and there wee remarks about weakness, anaemia, hair loss, vitamin deficiency etc seem to leap out at me.

I hope you ARE okay and that you will now begin to get stronger.

I too have been wondering about your overall health Angie. What do your team say? Do they have concerns?

Wishing you well in 2013! Xx

i honestly can't say i feel brilliant , am still very weak no energy at all doc still hasn't sorted out the b12 jabs yet even though they have had the letter since beg december , i haven't contacted the team because i don't really know what i'm supposed to feel like anyway :) i'm still very sore after the gallbladder removal the large scar is right across my tummy diagonally so is difficult wearing anything with waist band even my lovely large sloggies are grating against it :( so because of this i'm not sure if i should just wait to feel better from that and see if i perk up then :) i'm sorry if i was negative i don't like to be like that xx thanks for asking

Hi Angie, sorry to read up that you've had a hard time of things lately. I hope everything sorts itself out for you soon. Take care.

Aww Angie :wave_cry: so sorry to read you have had such a hard time, sweetie :sigh: I hope things get better for you soon & you heal extra quick. I have b12 injections every 3 months so don't know what I would feel like without them. It shouldn't take any doctor 4 weeks to arrange a simple injection ... ring them asap. Sending you hugs, (((Angie))) xxx

Angie you are NEVER negative! You are one of the most relentlessly positive posters around!

Could you, by any chance, take strong Vitamin B12 supplements whilst you wait for a firm date for your injections? There must be liquid/capsule varieties available, even on good old amazon (where I buy my supplements, including high strength liquid gel cap Vitamin D).

I was very vitamin D deficient - exhaustion, lethargy, no motivation, sad, tearful, depressed, etc. I felt terribly weak both mentally and physically. Vitamin D supplements have turned my life around. I have to take B12,iron and other vitamins and minerals, too, because as a lifelong vegetarian I cannot get sufficient B12 etc from food.

I repeat you have never been negative. It's okay to post about feeling less than 100%! Often such honesty helps others who, like you, fear to seem negative or to be perceived as moaning minnies.

God bless, hun x

You dont need to apologise hun and your not being negative if your not well then your not well. Hope you recover quickly sending healing angels your way. xx
