Well i'm happy to say i've got my appointment with the dietician 21/9/12 and my first fill is 22/9/12.
I've lost 1 stone so far, was 12st 2, then went on hols and put on 9. Have weighed today and 11st 11!!

Feeling a bit apprehensive about the fill, as I know some people have had trouble, the majority are ok though so hope mine is too!
Glad to be on the losers bench, and looking forward to being fab and 40 next year!

Keep going and I have my first band fill too on the 22nd so fingers crossed for us both it will go well.

I have to wait until 5 weeks post band op for my fill, and I actually have it on my 40th birthday LOL
