Am I allowed watered down ready break for the liquid stage for breakfast if not what do you guys have for breakfast? Xxxx

I was told no, but what does it say on your diet sheet?

Unless it says you can on your post op diet sheet I would say no.

On liquid stage post band I had slim fast (ready made) for breakfast.

I wouldn't either I would save that for the pureed stage,I've been having actimel for my breakfast its yummy xx

Ok think I need to get me some of this slim fast. Xx
I am so bad at this. X

Lol daisy your quotes do make me laugh when I'm down , no readybrek unless it says so try slim fast or smooth pouring yogurt xxxxx

I'm so dumb I just can't get to grips with it at all.
I did get some bovril cubes yesterday and there nice so hopefully they will keep me going.
I'm a slimming world dieter and I'm used to eating till i can't move so this is so alien to me. Xxxx

Your not dumb you are changing everything you've ever know with regards too food , I'm worse then u at this it's just you've got the honesty too ask where as with me I lurke on here reading everyone else's answer lol :) xxx

I'm gonna give you a kick up the bum in a minute if you keep putting yourself down. This forum wouldn't exist if we didn't *all* need support, every single one of us. We all ask these questions, some of us pre-op, some of us post op.

It is one of the hardest things to get your head round and it goes completely against what all of us serial dieters were told. You are doing the right thing by asking for help, so stop knocking yourself. For this to succeed you've got to trust yourself to do the right things.

Good luck!

I loved having a glass of milk with NAS crusha or a milky coffee at that stage. Both with added milk powder x

Fuffs where do you get the nas crusha! Can't find it any where

Morrisons do all the varieties all two of them! They will probably be near uht milk if that helps?

That's where they are on mine too. Near UHT and pasteurised milk :) Asda online shopping has them too. Though I have never tried online shopping. Not sure if they are in store xxx

tesco also has it :) xx

Mine doesnt :( only the normal Crusha. Postcode lottery I tell ya! Lol

My post op first two weeks allows readybrek as long as NAS and consistency is compared to being abe to suck it through a straw. Natural yoghurt that I can add fruit or nuts to as long as its blitzed again NAS xx
