week 1 after 1st fill

a week has now passed since my 1st fill in band no2, im pleased to say ive lost 4llbs my band is half full and ive got really good restriction, i dont expect my weight loss to be as quick as with band no1 as the majority of my weight was lost with the other band, but 4llb off is a good loss for week 1 i think.

Its a good feeling knowing we are coming up to a time of year when we normally stuff our faces to think we will still have a bit of what we fancy and lose weight as well!

yeah thats right its strange to loose weight in december lol:8855:
the pic was taken last chrimbo, was only christmasy 1 i had, ill have to get a new pic when i have me slap on lol
