Week 11 weigh in...........

and its 4lb, i went back to work this week, and have been rushing around like a blue a***d fly trying to get kids organised and get to work on time. I only managed to get to the gym twice this week, i had a small 1lb loss last week, but it all adds up! in total now (inc 8lb pre op) i have lost 49lb exactly 3 and half stone since my op 11 weeks tomorrow, am so pleased.

Thanks charis, not too bad, i am glad that the first week is out of the way, there has been a complete new computer system while i have been away, so i am totally the new girl again, hopefully this week wont be as hectic,
