well its tears today, weighed myself at home 1st thing on my scales and was looking good actually under the 17st marker by a couple of pound, go to Boots to get my weekly weigh in and I've only lost 1lb, making me 17st 2lb. I was so high until I got on Boots scales now hit rock bottom. How can eating so little not lead to a good loss?:cry:
 
Poor you hon, bigs hugs xxx A pound lost is still a pound lost though. Plus, is it possible that you aren't actually eating enough? I know I've not had my op yet but this really seems to be a common theme, where people aren't eating enough so their weight loss slows right down or grinds to a halt. Just a thought xxx
 
Can't say more than Angie has already. I wonder about the starvation mode our bodies go into if we don't eat enough.

Maybe get more protein and veg in if you can?
