Week one done - 7Ilbs gone!

M very pleased I have to say, week one complete of my 3week pre op diet and it's working well as 7Ilbs off already .

My daughter who is the same weight as me started her 'Diet Chef' diet on the same day last Tuesday and has lost 10Ilbs in her first week. Hence to say, we are both very motivated to continue x
