I still can't get myself out of weighing myself every morning ! Except recently I've missed on days I've been to work, so hopefully once I'm back full time next week, I can be a bit more relaxed about it ! (... maybe... !) As a result I haven't really known what my weekly weight losses have been, so I though I'd work it out to see if there's any pattern. So, starting from day one of my pre-op diet, here it is...
Week 1 - 9 lbs
Week 2 - 4 lbs
Week 3 - 3 lbs
Week 4 - 1 lb (In hospital between weeks 4/5)
Week 5 - 2 lbs
Week 6 - 10 lbs (finally got rid of all the fluids I was given in hospital !)
Week 7 - 4 lbs
Week 8 - 4 lbs
Week 9 - 6 lbs
Week 10 - 2 lbs
Week 11- 3 lbs
I'm not trying to compare with anyone, just thought it might be useful for pre-oppers.
