Well like all the others they re jig it every so often but when I was going it was very much based on Low GI and they recommended that everything you ate was below 5 g in fat for every 100 g it was 3 meals and two snacks (snacks were less than 100 cals each) in total was around the 1500 cal mark per day.
at each session they do the usual weigh ins, certificate for weekly biggest loser and a certificate every 1/2 stone usually a 20 min talk followed by a 30-45 min exercise session which you go at your own pace and the leader will show you different levels for different abilities. It was very good and would go back except you do need a certain level of mobility therefore a good one when your stuck or still have mobility which unfortunately I do not at this moment.
