well i went to bromley today and went into bhs and sore this dress it was so nice but has i dont do dressers i left it but my mate said go back and try it on so i trued on an 18 (old habits dye hard) but it was to big so my mate got a size 16 also to big so trued on a 14 and i was so chuffed and it looked great so a bought it and my husband said it was stunning so am going back to morrow to get another one my first dress in years because my legs dont rub together anymore when i walk:clap:

That's brilliant - well done Carol !! I haven't worn dresses or skirts for years for the same reason. I'm going to need to start shopping soon too - fancy a day at the Glades shopping for summer clothes ??

Its a great feeling, isn't it? I recently brought a lovely black Betty Jackson dress to go to a funeral and felt a million dollars wearing it. That was the first time Ive worn a dress for as long as I can remember. Then last week, on a shopping trip with a friend she MADE me buy a gorgeous black and white maxi dress and I'm so glad she did. I wore it to my nephews birthday party on Friday night and got so many compliments it was overwhelming.

Enjoy these little milestones, and get used to them as they will come along more and more as we continue on this weight loss journey.
