So I know all about your weight and what you like eating but what do you like to do in your spare time.

I make glass beads in my studio in the garden, I also like sewing and knitting and of course cooking. Love scrapbooking too and I'm going to do a scrap book of my WL journey.

Come on spill the beans, whats your thing. :D

Oh great I ll try that. Thank u very much

Lots of crafts-cardmaking, scrapbooking, pottery painting, scrapbooking. toll painting
Water painting and abstract painting. any kind of painting really.
Art journalling
Jewellery making including enamelling.
Swimming
walking
Now adding going to the gym.
Used to love gardening but lack of time and being too fat means my garden is a disaster.
I get very little time to actually do any of the above as I work full time .
I'd love to take up kayaking and scuba diving when I get thinner and more confident.
Don't know where the time and money will magically appear from though

There is a good clay ground in Frodsham where you could go and try it out. Always go for an assisted lesson for your first time and find out which bore (12 or 410 gauge) suits you better, they'll also check eye dominance and get your stance right, but above all make sure you have a fun and safe session. I shoot at Worsley in Manchester and that is a fantastic set up with great beginners stands.

Best starter gun is dependant upon your strength really, some ladies can handle a 12g others prefer the 410. Gun fit is much more important than the cost of the gun, a £300 gun that fits really is better than a £30,000 Purdey that doesn't. A better quality second hand gun is a better buy than a cheepo new one if you decide to sell it later on. Try as many as you can before you buy one and go to a good shop that will check the all important fit for you.

My biggest piece of advice is try it you'll love it, but get ready to be hooked on it, it really is addictive. Let me know if you need any help at all and if you come to Manchester let me know we can have a coffee after your session. xxx
