Mark i totally know where you are coming from about not talking about you i have been like that for so long until post op that i struggled in simple situations to explain things about 'ME' now i am able to and you too will find that you can do more as your cnfidence builds as a result of the weight loss and a new way of life. Well done on the 38lb loss so far thats fantastic.

It has taken me 6 months to come off my BP meds, i am currently being monitored whilst on none, and i was on 2 different types so i know how great you must feel to know that your health is improving as a result and that the reduction in pills is a sure sign of how sucessful you have been so far

Well done Mark. You are the same height as me, and a similar starting weight (im 1/2 stone heavier) So I hope I can do as well as you xx
