Just changed my siggy! To reflect that I will do a monthly weight on the anniversary of the op, along with my friday check.

3st since 31/12 pre-op!!

I didnt have one until nearly 5 months post op.

Well really its a combination of you and the dietician / bariatric nurse or whoever it is you will be seeing on 7th. Just be honest, if you dont think you need a fill then dont have one but its always good to check in with your team

Discuss with them what you are eating and they may make some suggestions. Good luck
