Don't forget to fill up on very low cal fizzy water and fizzy pop it really does help

I have no doubts that you will do it. Its 14 days and now 1 of them has gone. Keep sipping away it really does get better. Not sure if you're doing the milk diet or low fat but either way its bringing you closer to your ultimate goal.
Forget those pics, you are lovely through and through who cares about the temporary casing that will be coming off very soon like a chrysalis you will emerge a beautiful butterfly.

Well, here you are gf, up onto the starting block. My goodness, how soon it has time round and yet not. I still remember the posts pre-Christmas 2008 and our first meeting (with Terri) at the Hawthorn Café and that seems an age away!
Pre-op is hard, but it is the starting block and you are ready for the off.

Good luck Sam, you wont need it so you will do so well. Its not easy but I know you can get through this and the time will fly by especially when your on holiday!

The very best of luck Sam!!! You have been an absolute rock and a star to so many of us going through the preop diet hunger pangs and headaches, the nerves the night before, the "hurray I've been done!" euphoria, the postop diet blues when realising we have to live on liquids for a month, and all the other little milestones along the way that we either want someone to commiserate with us over, or celebrate with us!! So you deserve your moments now, and the best of luck to you for the next couple of weeks, particularly as you'll be on hols!!!!
