The Leg Lymphoedema doesn't really cause me any issues, it's the abdominal one that makes my life a living hell.

Just waiting for the Surgeon at St Thomas' agree with the Lymphoedema clinic at St Georges agree when it's going to be removed....

Well I am sitting here in Guys.

Just been weighed 160.3

My care is now going to be transferred to Medway hospital so no more 3 hour journeys to central London

Congratulations. What an achievement. you must be so proud. I've started losing again at long last. Actually new medications have helped so eating a little more so thing this is helping. Now in the thirteens - yippeeeeee!

Well today is the end of my 52nd week!

Where has the last year gone?

The stall still seems to be there but the losses seem to be better this month althoughstill quite low.

Hopefully this means I am back on track again and things are on their way up!
