I cut my tortillas into pieces, garlic salt them, put them on a silicone baking sheet and oven cook them for about 10 mins...careful though, they burn quickly!
I eat them with phillidelphia and side salad.
Lisa- I eat ryvitas, oatcakes and crackers instead of bread. I can cope with about half a wrap...but it has to be filled with something wet, like lettuce and hummous or philli and tomato. Pitta bread is really difficult for me, infact one of the only things i can not eat!
