Gastric Bypass 9th Dec 2010 at Heartlands Hospital delayed till 6th January 2011

Pre-op diet started Monday 22 Nov
Started dieting at end of summer 2010 (start weight 27st 4 -lost a couple of stone but put some back on, so started pre-op in mid nov 2010 at 26 stone 1lb)

Start weight on date of op 24st 1
Wk1 loss -9lbs (23st 6lbs)
Wk 2 loss -5lbs (23st 1lb)
wk 3 - stayed the same
wk 4 - -6lbs (22st 9lb)
Wk 5 - -5lbs (22st 4lb) 5 Stones off!!! yippee
Wk 6 - -4lbs (22st)
wk 7 - -2lbs (21st 12lbs) - cant remember when i was last in the 21's

wk 8 - stayed same
wk 9 & 10 - -5lbs (21st 7)
wks 11-13 -11lbs (20st 10lbs) -

wks 14-16 -5lbs (20st 5lbs)
wks 17-19 - -4lbs (20st 1lb) 101lbs off
wk 20-28 - -13lbs (19st 2lb)
cant remember what week now lol
14/8 - 18st 12 (lowest i have been since i was 18!)
11/10 - 18st 6 - started to wise up again!!
30/10 - 18st 3
5/11 - 18st 1 - cant wait till i'm in the 17's

16/11 - 17st 12 yippee - havent been this weight since i was 17

21/12 -17st 8lbs
