well i've told my work that i'm having an operation on the 30th of august and they're fine with that ........... i just had to bring in proof (the surgery permission slip) as its a contractual absenteeism (hospitalised) i get full pay and i told them its better for them in the long run as it should goes a long way to help my diabetes
