Don't want to jinx you but if it is the same as hubby, over the last 4-5 days he has had a good day or two, and then back to square one for a few hours. Mind, the gripes haven't really stopped for longer than a few hours. I've given him motillium, an he takes immodium when need be as well. My mum had a bout of food poisoning a few years ago and she had the gripes for about 4-5 weeks afterwards!
