yeah defo vixiebell!! As delighted as I am to have lost the 3 st, plus the dropping of dress sizes, I still feel just as big?!?! Maybe it takes a while for the head to catch up with the body?!?!

I'm the same, I got my old clothes out today that I couldn't fit into before surgery. I did get into them but they were still mega tight, I would have thought 2 stone loss would get me into them, obviously not.
I do feel like i've lost weight but if someone didn't know i'd had surgery, I don't think the difference is enough for someone to mention.
