Gorgeous Yve as always lovely lady . I was also off getting hair done too today but I'm just the same as usual though. I asked yet again if I could go grey since it was now in fashion. My lovely hair dresser, who I wholly trust with my hair, screwed up her face and said a definite no (again) because for one it just wouldn't suit me and two my hair would have to go super short for it to look right on my hair...pout.

Thanks hon In all honesty I have been struggling - the low fibre diet cost me a bit of progress and I've been fighting my way back. Its been easier for me to keep away a little.
