I took my 12 year old sales shopping today. 5 hours later i felt fine, no achey feet, and fit as a fiddle! 6 months ago i couldnt have managed it for that long! Plus i bought size 16 knickers! I got measured for new bras too, i am now a 36g. Try finding bras in that size!
