Thanks hon. I was in your shoes 19 months ago, terrified and hopeful all at the same time. Just keep trying - I'm not perfect. But I keep getting back on the wagon and making conscious choices about the days I choose to step off.

I would just like to say after viewing your thread what a role model you are. I am due to see the surgeon today, I was dreading it. But now I can`t wait for my chance to change the way you have. I hope you won`t mind if I ask questions along the way. I can`t imagine myself in a size 16 haven`t been there in over 25 years. But after looking at your photo`s I can see it is a possiblity and not just a dream.
