That's so good to hear. Wow we are really quite amazing lads & lasses on here. Big pat on the back for us all. Now a big drive to push on for Christmas. This will be my first Christmas post weight loss surgery. Actually really looking forward to it for once. It's a big ask on my body but I am targeting 13 1/2 stones for Christmas Day - my own little Christie pressie to me! Hugs BD x

Thank you guys! I feel like a different person! I had so many health problems before the op and apart from my sleep apnoea and asthma (which has been there since childhood) everything is gone or so much better. I can run! I can wear 2 inch heels all day. I can't describe how different life is.
