Was 5 weeks post op yesterday and so far I have lost 3 stone (1 Pre op 2 post) I have a long way to go still but I feel so much more confident and full of life/ energy last night I went to Zumba for the first time I loved it I am shattered today though lol looking forward to next week , I couldn't imagine doing this 2 months ago !!!

I've got Zumba on the Wii - I cant keep up with it lol
Though I have started Aqua Fit and am loving it xx

I've just asked for just dance for mothers day for the kinect no chocs this year lol x
