A Step in the Right Direction

5790 for me today! Quick question with the fitbit do I have to leave my Bluetooth on for it to sync sleep activity or can I just sync it in the morning? X
 
It will sync in the morning dreamer :) Mines attached to my pc and it syncs when i log in, even if its later in the day :)

11038 just snuck in before midnight lol didn't quite manage 5 miles but not far away 4.65 :) fitbit was charging this morning so most of the day i wasn't wearing it lol so am guessing i just about made it :)

I hope so Hun but I have Sacroiliitis and can't take anti inflammatory of any type...went back to docs today but he thinks this could take weeks so if I want to enjoy my holiday I have to rest up and let it sort itself out. I hate being pinned in bed or wheelchair so got a right sulk on...hubby says I'm wearing my mardy carry again lol. God knows how he puts up with me at times.

1674 logging my dismal efforts LOL been sat at desk all day, bingo this eve and soon to be bed time LOL will just have to do extra tomorrow.
Cupid hunni stop those mardy knickers and put a smile on ya face, i know its no fun being stuck bed/chair bound but rest is on order NOW. I don't understand your illness but, if i wanted a day out (when i was poorly) i had to rest for the rest of the week before hand and a week in bed after so can sympathise :( its no fun BUT you have your hols to look forward too, so lots of rest or you wont even get there................ do as the doc tells you and REST REST REST :) sending huge hugs x x x also sending some healing your way x x x x

It's ok even I don't understand it either...actually passed out with the pain and ain't done that in a long time...more than happy laid listening to this rain tonight so all is good :) x x x x

Now I can say many things about my hubby but honestly couldn't do without him, he doesn't make a fuss as he's not that kind of person but I wanted to go shopping today and persuaded him to take me so I'm leaning on the trolley feeling very dizzy and he pulls up another customer and asked him to stand with me a moment and before I could object he had skipped off and came minutes later with a wheelchair (shops own) and demanded I sit to which the other gentleman said thank god for that and they both helped me into it....apparently I had gone as white as a sheet and frightened the life out of them both. Well at least I got fresh lemons that I went for but am grounded until this dizziness has gone. What a drama queen I am.
