They normally kick in towards the end of the course, so keep dosed up and get some well deserved sleep x x x x huge hugs sweet dreams

Hmmm how dare it !!!! OMG you got a fibber too LOL Steps last couple of days don't equate to much BUT Back a few months ago i set myself the target of walking the distance between Lands end and John O'Groats (the walkers route) roughly 1200 miles :) Yesterday i reached that goal, which was in perfect time, as i also reached my 7 stone loss too :) Wooooohooooooo 1,201.30 miles total lifetime distance I guess my new target is walking back again now LOL x x x

Wow thats a bargain :)hmmm yes mine was £75 a very considered purchase, but i still wouldn't be without mine..... same as the cross trainer another considered purchase but so far a very good buy :) and would recommend it to anyone considering it was a cheapy :) @£60

Still not counting steps but patting myself on the back today

Walked the dogs for 40 mins

Dropped them home - went to the gym. Worked out for half an hour and managed to run on the treadmill for two minutes then another one minute - that hurt my port site a bit

Then. ...went from the gym to an aqua fit class. The bouncing about always leaves my port site sore. Gonna ask the nurse when I get my fill on the 24th about this

then ...swam for a half hour solid

omg woman no wonder you are sore sounds like you training for the Olympics lol.
 
Ha Cupid don't be too impressed here...I'm planning on having a bottle of red and a pack of kettle crisps tomorrow night. M on a girls sleepover at my friends log cabin. I'm dong damage limitation ;-)
